The ICS Triplex T9832 is a passive analogue input termination assembly designed for use with the AADvance® programmable automation controller platform. It serves as the field-side interface between process instrumentation and AADvance analogue input modules such as the T9432 or T9462.
Mounted on a standard DIN rail adjacent to the I/O module, the T9832 consolidates signal, shield, and power connections into a single screw-terminal block. This simplifies installation, reduces wiring errors, and supports routine maintenance or calibration without disturbing backplane connections.
Although discontinued as of December 31, 2018, the T9832 remains in active service across many legacy safety and control systems. Its design ensures compatibility with both grounded and floating sensor configurations commonly found in oil & gas, power generation, and chemical processing applications.
