  • No Direct Sales: We do not offer direct online “Add to Cart” or checkout functionality. All transactions are initiated via a Request for Quote (RFQ).

2. Quotations and Orders

  • Validity: All price quotes provided by our sales team are valid for the period specified in the formal quotation (typically 7–14 days), subject to prior sale.
  • Stock Availability: Since we deal with high-demand and discontinued parts (ABB, GE, Honeywell, etc.), stock levels fluctuate rapidly. A quote does not guarantee availability until a formal Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed by us.
  • Order Confirmation: A contract is only formed when we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive confirmation of payment.

3. Product Authenticity and Condition

  • 100% Brand New: We guarantee that all components sold as “New” are factory-sealed and original from the manufacturer.
  • Documentation: Products are supplied with original manufacturer documentation where available.

4. Payment Terms

  • Methods: As we do not process payments through WordPress, all payments must be made via Wire Transfer (T/T) or other pre-approved professional banking methods.
  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in USD (unless otherwise stated). Any bank fees or intermediary charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. International Shipping and Customs

  • Same-Day Dispatch: We aim to ship in-stock items the same day payment is verified.
  • Ex Works (EXW) / CIP: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are sent from our warehouse.
  • Import Duties: The buyer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, factory downtime, or system failure resulting from the use of the parts supplied.
  • Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific component.

7. Warranty and Returns

All transactions are subject to our [Refund Policy] (30-day money-back guarantee for factory-sealed items) and our 12-Month Warranty. Please refer to those specific documents for detailed procedures.
