- Same-Day Dispatch: For all “Ready Stock” items, we guarantee dispatch on the same business day, provided payment is confirmed before our carrier cutoff time.
- Standard Processing: For other stocked modules, processing is typically completed within 1-2 business days.
- Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, a tracking number and full shipping documentation will be sent to your registered email.

5. Shipping Modifications

Note: Modifications cannot be made once the package has been handed over to the carrier and a Waybill (AWB) has been generated.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While our return rate is exceptionally low, we take rare transit issues seriously:
- Notification: Please report any lost or damaged packages within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.
- Requirements: Provide clear photos of the outer shipping carton, internal padding, and the intact (or damaged) factory seals.
