ICS Triplex T8100C Controller Chassis

The ICS Triplex T8100C is a ruggedized controller chassis engineered for the Trusted® Regent control platform. It houses up to three synchronized processor modules to implement true Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR).

This architecture continuously compares outputs from three independent processing channels. If one channel deviates, the system isolates it without interrupting control execution. As a result, the T8100C maintains continuous, safe operation even during hardware faults.

The chassis serves as the central hub for logic execution, I/O coordination, and system diagnostics. It supports deterministic scan cycles and integrates tightly with SmartSlot I/O modules via a high-speed backplane.
