Description

The DS3800HISA1A1A is a printed circuit board (PCB) manufactured by GE as a component in their Speedtronic Mark IV steam and gas turbine control system. The Mark IV was designed with integrated chipsets built with controlled failure/recovery technology built in; in this way, if one PCB experiences a failure, the other boards in the Mark IV system take over its responsibilities until the user can diagnose and repair the issue, thus avoiding a costly shutdown. Original technical support for the DS3800HISA1A1A was provided by the manufacturer, GE.
