Description

The 1756-OG16 ControlLogix Transistor-Transistor Logic Output Module by Allen-Bradley is a DC digital output module installed in the ControlLogix chassis with sixteen 5V DC Low/True TTL outputs. Its operational voltage range is between 4.5 and 5.5V DC and it has a load-dependent signal delay time of 450μs for OFF to ON and one of 700μs for ON to OFF. The 1756-OG16 has a backplane draw current of 210mA at 5.1V DC and of 2mA at 24V DC with a total backplane power of 1.12W. The 1756-OG16 has a maximum OFF state current leakage of 0.1mA on each output point, and its overall ON state drop voltage is 0.4V. 

The maximum current load on each point is 24mA and the total current load on the module is 384mA and it has a maximum output scheduled time of 16.7s. When operational, the 1756-OG16 has a thermal dissipation of 5.2 BTU/hr at 60 °C, a power dissipation of 1.5W, and it comes with a factory-designated T5 temperature code for North America and Europe. It has a functional temperature range of 0-60 °C (32-140 °F) at 5-95% humidity without condensation. The 1756-OG16 has an operational shock rating of 30G and a vibration of 2.0G at 10-500Hz. It is CE and UL certified, and has a CISPR 11, Class A Emission rating.
